4.. El Chaco | Coffee Hazelnut Porter | ABV 6%
This robust porter features a bitter and roasted malt flavor along with hints of cocoa. The caramel and malty sweetness is in harmony with the sharp bitterness of dark roasted malts. Hop bitterness is low and heavy bodied. You will also find a heavy coffee presence and hazelnut flavor. This flavor is achieved with addition of whole coffee beans during the fermentation process. The sweetness can lend this to be good option for a dessert beer.

Brewed with our green apple cider base and caramelized on the back end of the brewing process using caramel flavored syrups, this beer provides the sour delight of biting into a green apple with a sweet savory finish.

9. Wicked Smaht | New England IPA | ABV 6.5%
A soft body and smooth mouthfeel full of intense fruit flavors and aromas. The substantial amount of haze comes from the yeast of choice and dry hop addition to this beer during the fermentation process. There is a less perceived bitterness than traditional IPA’s due to when the hop addition is made. It lends itself to juicy character and tropical fruit qualities.

This beer is clean, crisp, and slightly hoppy. In general, expect a good balance of caramel malt and expressive hops with a medium body and a mildly bitter finish. You will find hints of tropical fruits, citrus, and coriander both in the aroma and flavor of this beer.

This beer has a base of 6 row malted barley that we get right here in Cynthiana from Southfork Malt House. It is golden in color with low hop bitterness and malty backbone. This beer is a smooth and easy drinker. The addition of flaked corn and oats gives it that creamy mouthfeel to make it that much more enjoyable. Hints of citrus can be noticed from the addition of Cascade hops.

This pre-prohibition style beer breaks all the rules combining aromatic munich malt, 6 row barley, and flaked corn to produce the true taste of American history. Hoppy, but not...malty, but not...well you'll just just have to try it for yourself!

14. Dukes of Mazzard | Dark Cherry Braggot | ABV 8.4%
This hybrid beer is made by using 2 row malt and honey in the brewing process, lots of honey in fact. Thus the reason we sell it in 8 oz. pours. We choose not to add any hops to this beer and allow the fruit or spice additions we add to balance out sweetness. This is a great choice for non-beer drinkers. in this version we include the addition of tart cherry juice. The beer still remains sweet from all the honey but the tart cherry helps to balance everything out.

15. Licking Valley Beachfront | Pineapple Cider | ABV 6.4 %
A local favorite that is a blend of apple and pineapple concentrates. It is great during the summer months as it gives off a strong pineapple juice flavoring and is sweet and smooth as opposed to it's other tarter cider friends. You'll find it hard to believe it's not non-acloholic!

16. Nitro Oatmeal Stout | ABV 6.9%
A very dark, full-bodied, roasty, malty taste. It has a smooth, silky, and velevety mouth-feel thanks to the oatmeal cream and nitro additions. Great as a breakfast beer.
